The explosive demolition of the former Calthorpe House office block at Edgbaston Shopping Centre takes Calthorpe Estates one step closer to creating unrivalled facilities for Edgbaston’s business and residential community.

The demolition programme for the old shopping centre will be finished in May 2008. With construction of the new £110 million retail and leisure scheme, Edgbaston Galleries, scheduled to commence later this year, occupiers of the Grade A offices at the new Calthorpe House on Calthorpe Road will have a wide range of facilities, including a food store, new shops and leisure facilities on their doorstep.
