The 105,600 sq ft office building, which has already achieved a BREEAM* ‘Excellent’ rating for its exceptional green credentials, clearly demonstrates Calthorpe Estates’ commitment and dedication to sustainability.
Following in the footsteps of the award winning 19 George Road, Birmingham’s first BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rated building, Calthorpe House will incorporate environmental features including solar control glass, high efficiency condensing boilers and chillers, a ‘free cooling’ ventilation system and water efficient fittings – all of which will benefit the wellbeing of occupiers and can help reduce their occupancy costs.
