Calthorpe House - Steel skeleton ready for new skin

Calthorpe House’s steelwork skeleton is almost ready to be fleshed out.

The 100,000 tonne steelwork frame will soon be covered with over 47,000 sq ft of precast concrete panels, helping to create its final look.

Once completed, the contemporary landmark development will offer second to none, Grade A office accommodation at a key gateway site, west of the city.
