Calthorpe House gives students a taste of life in the construction industry.

Calthorpe Estates recently hosted a visit for 15 students from Colmers School to the Grade A development at Five Ways Island. Students were invited to see the elements that make up a successful construction project with a guided tour of the site, in conjunction with main contractors HBG Construction. They were also given the opportunity to meet with the different professions from across Calthorpe Estates.

Once completed, the £40million development will offer over 105,000 sq ft of prime office space, with open plan floor plates available up to 22,000 sq ft.
